Tampa Museum of Art closed Aug. 30

The Tampa Museum of Art, located near the center of the Republican National Convention in downtown, will be closed Aug. 30.

The museum resumes normal business hours Aug. 31.

Hours of operation for Aug. 27-31:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday opened from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.  
The Museum will be closed all day Thursday, Aug. 30.  
The Museum will resume normal business hours on Friday, Aug. 31 (11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.).

"As always, the museum is easily accessible by parking in the Poe Garage; visitors should walk through the west exit on the first level then walk left directly to the museum," the press release reads.
